Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@essenceofargan.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

STRAIGHT SALE OFFER WITH 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

By ordering Essence of Argan as a straight sale offer, you pay the price as clearly stated on the checkout or order page (plus shipping & handling fee and applicable tax or VAT) and you have 90-days to return if unsatisfied with the product for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price less the S&H fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, you will have 15 days to return the unused portion of the jar or jars, or if it is empty, the empty jar or jars. As always, the customer service number and warehouse returns address for your region can be found by visiting the CONTACT US page on www.essenceofargan.com.

You must write the RMA number outside the package. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges for returned products and will not be reimbursed.


TRIAL OFFERS

When you initiate a trial of Essence of Argan, we will send you a sample supply of the product after you pay a S&H fee. This fee can vary based on your region but will be clearly stated on checkout. You have 16 days to try the product from the day you order it on the website. This allows 6 days for shipping and 10 days for the evaluation. If you enjoy the product, do nothing – you’ll be billed at the retail price of $99.99 (+ S&H) in USD or agreed upon currency of your country at the end of your trial period and sent a full month’s supply of Essence of Argan. If for any reason you decide that Essence of Argan is not the perfect anti-aging treatment, contact us via our regional Customer Service phone numbers, which can be found by visiting the CONTACT US page on www.essenceofargan.com – any time during your trial period to cancel your trial – then simply return the sample product (even if it is empty!) and you will NEVER be billed.

Plus, if you decide to keep Essence of Argan, you will be enrolled in our monthly subscription, receiving a new supply of Essence of Argan every 30 days at the same price of $99.99 (+ S&H) in USD or agreed upon currency of your country.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
